Come and join us on the BVHA Visiting Weekend to Berlin to be held on May 4-6, 2018.
|
The 2018 Hospital Visiting Weekend will be held in Berlin combining the opportunity to look at state-of-the-art veterinary hospitals with sightseeing in the beautiful capitol city of Germany. But it is not just the bricks and mortar which make these weekends so special but also the chance to mingle with friends and colleagues and discuss the myriad of challenges, problems and solutions which contribute to the successful running of a modern veterinary practice.
Apart
from being the capital of Germany, Berlin is a global city of
culture, politics, media and science. Its economy is based on high tech firms and the service sector, encompassing a
diverse range of creative industries,
research facilities, media corporations and convention venues. It has many
beautiful old buildings and open spaces. Modern Berlin is home to world-renowned
universities, orchestras, museums, as well as sporting and entertainment venues.
So why not join us in Berlin and:
- Spend a weekend touring veterinary hospitals and the Berlin Vet School.
- See how other people have tackled the problems that we all face by learning from their good ideas and from their mistakes.
- Enjoy an unmissable opportunity to glean ideas from colleagues who are planning new premises, alterations, refurbishments or upgrading to hospital status.
- Return with big ideas such as kennel layouts, or small ones such as laundry solutions.
- Take advantage of an opportunity to discuss your own practice plans and designs with other BVHA members and the officers’ team.
- Obtain a certificate for 8 hours of CPD.
This should be a thoroughly pleasant and inspiring weekend and we hope that you can join us.
