The BVHA Design Awards 2019 culminated with the Prizegiving Luncheon held at Broadway House, Westminster on December 6, 2019.

The Prizegiving luncheon was held at Broadway House in Westminster on December 6, 2019. This prestigious venue is within eyesight of Westminster Abbey.
The event commenced with a drinks reception. Honoured guests included the winners and runners up as well as the RCVS President, Dr Niall Connell, and Vice President, Amanda Boag.
Jade Statt and Gabriel Galea of Street Vet were the invited speakers.They gave a very informative and inspirational talk on the incredible work which this charity does for the pets of homeless people (and often the owners themselves). The event raised over £300 for this wonderful charity. The luncheon main course was a festive pheasant dish and was enjoyed by all.
After lunch there was a Power Point presentation of the all of the finalist practices followed by the awarding of the prizes and certificates to the winners and runners up.
